A concrete access slipway is provided on the Greensward by MOSA and its use is enjoyed by all residents, especially those with mobility problems  to gain access to the beach and enjoy a swim in the summer. MOSA arranges for the shingle to be removed on a yearly basis, to try and maintain access. Other users of the slipway are MOSA members with small boats or other craft such as windsurfers.
