These are the documents the Association actually runs on. They are not light reading, but they are the answer to most arguments.
The constitution
Read the constitution on this site, where it can be searched, read on a phone and linked to clause by clause. The PDF below remains the authoritative version.

Policies made under it

The record of what was decided, and what it cost, is on AGM and accounts.
Still to come
The Association also holds a Residents Guide from 2019 and a Roads Strategy from 2022. Neither has been published on the website before, and whether they should be is a decision for the committee rather than for whoever maintains this site.
