Annual General Meeting

Tuesday 1 December 2026, 7pm

Main Function Room, Middleton Sports Club.

This replaces the earlier date of Tuesday 10 November, so please update your diary. It is the one meeting in the year that belongs to everybody, and it will be Martin Burrell’s last as Chair, with several committee roles changing.

The agenda, the accounts and details of how to put yourself forward or raise an item will be sent out beforehand. For what the meeting decides and who can vote, see AGM and accounts.

The dinner, the boules and barbecue evening, the sandcastle competition and the beach cleanups. Dates for the coming year are being confirmed.
