Could you lend a hand?

MOSA runs on volunteers. None of these roles need special expertise. They need someone who cares about the place, and whoever steps forward will have plenty of support.

Planning lead. Keeping an eye on planning applications that affect the estate and helping the committee respond. We are building a tool to do the routine checking, so the role is about judgement rather than legwork.

Road rep for East Close. A road rep is the friendly face of MOSA on their road. They welcome new neighbours, pass on news, and let the committee know what matters to the people who live there.

A helping hand with communications. Helping to put this newsletter together, scanning old photographs, or delivering paper copies to neighbours who prefer them. An hour here and there makes a real difference.
