Paid packs. You are taken to a test-mode checkout page, standing in for where a real hosted payment page would be. On completing the test payment, your pack is delivered by email and download link, and a routing notification (property, firm, contact details only, nothing about payments or disputes) goes to the Chair, who owes a property-specific reply separately.
